Tian Song

These paintings and drawings are inspired by the views and environment around me. I sense these elements and describe them using colours, materials, shapes etc. I walked around London, Vancouver, and China and all of these places inspired me to finish these. Some of the work are inspired by pictures and memories. I like to combine different cultures together. My work are not focused on realistically drawing but in an exaggerated way. I used oil pastels, watercolour, paintings, spray paint, and markers for my work. I mixed different textures and see how they work together. I really enjoy this task and this made me to really explore the colour and pattern.
